1. Cruise to Tyniec and tour of the monastery; Your cruise to Tyniec begins alongside the floating restaurant Aquarius, moored up on Czerwińskiego Embankment. Here, we help you aboard our stylish gondola for your trip up-river. Along the way we pass Pope John Paul II's House on Tyniecka Street, The Kościuszko Mound, The Palace of the Lasocki Family, The Premonstratensian Convent, St. Margaret's Church, The Railwaymen's River Club, The Camedulte Monastery on Srebrna Góra (Silver Hill), and The Villa of Adolf Szyszko-Bohusz.
This journey, which takes around an hour and a half, brings us to the picturesque monastery and abbey of the Benedictine Fathers in Tyniec, founded in the 11th century. There is time to look around the monastery before your return trip.
